Born in Israel and raised in Connecticut, Raviv Ullman is perhaps best known for starring as Phil Duffy in the Disney Channel series "Phil of the Future" and for playing Kip in Lifetime's comedy "Rita Rocks." Guest-starring appearances include "Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavior," "Cold Case," "House," "Big Love," "That's So Raven," "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" and "Law & Order: Criminal Intent." He also starred in the telefilm "Pixel Perfect" and played Chris Knight in the TV movie "Growing Up Brady." Ullman made his professional stage debut in the national touring company of "The King and I."
